how did you apply for a card online - the link i have found says you have to collect in store. can you post the link to the application proess please?

That part of My Account isn't available to me anymore, but I logged in, went to beautycard and selected to add mine (I didn't have one). It then gave me the option for a digital card, which I selected, this took me on to a screen where I entered my DoB and that was me signed up. Prices changed immediately. Hope this helps!
