have you got to use an app to order or just online ???

How do you know what selected restaurants are participating without adding a load of food to your basket and going through checkout?. Absolutely hate this website when trying to use codes, never seems to work for me.

Also any more info on £5 off £15???

I tried deleting the app before then installing again to use a new code, but never seems to work. Always picks up my old account, even when i try use a new email address????.

Just eat voucher does not work.

Obtained it through voucher cloud, stuck it in to the just eat (new account). Says voucher not found.

Right so i've added everything to basket on the APP. Tried to go to checkout, but it wont let me??? Got a circle in the middle of the screen going around and around. Not going to checkout.

Gone back then tried to go to checkout several times, but just wont load.

Oh dear, erm...not too sure then, got another device to try with perhaps?

I gave up, spent 1 hour on it. Spoke to customer service too via live chat, they explained where i input the code, but it just keeps saying the voucher was not correct.

Ah well, won't ever try either of these companies again, had the same issue with hungry house a few months back.

Sorry to hear that. As you can see the add voucher bit is after clicking continue to payment but as to why you can't get there I have no idea. You on phone signal or Wi-Fi?

What the hell!! When I ordered it said, Total paid by card £13.20, but on checking it has taken £19.90 from my account.

False alarm. I figured out it was my previous order from 2 days earlier which had just shown up, Doh!!
