Nice price for Unreal Gold and Unreal 2 alone, for a bit of nostalgia without the Tournament stuff! Not sure what the community is going to be like on these but if it's anything like QW there could be unofficial updates, textures, mods etc etc keeping it alive and kicking. Heat

Loved the original unreal tournament. I remember reading PC Zone magazine (RIP) and wishing I could play it and then a mate nabbed a copy and it was awesome

A lost time in gaming when there were infinite variations of gameplay modes and superb quality user created content. I have about 50,000 maps for the original UT99, just think of how much that would. be in todays user locked out map pack paying enviroment or when publishers announce a brand new gameplay mode 2 v 2 added to the existing 3 v 3 (Destiny) lol

Is it sad that for the last 18 months ( literally ) ive played Unreal T 3 ( PS3 ) for almost 3 hours a night....nothing else ( and I have an XBONE )... :-)

No, it's still a great game and there's not much like that these days aside from Doom. I'm always hoping they'll release a new one even if it's just most of the old stuff using a new Unreal engine but it's day seems to be done now the likes of BF and CoD are much more popular.
