Was watching prices on various headsets for the xbox one and these appear cheapest on amazon. They're 29.99 everywhere else, inc argos, maplin the Turtle Beach site, although you get a cap with them there. You can also get the XO headset reduced to £29.99, my kid has those just now but he's not so keen.

I agree that the XO appear stronger, especially when they originally rrp at 49.99. However, my son does look after his kit and the mic is crackling a fair bit. They were Christmas gift last year. I probably could have returned them-not sure what warranty you get with them though.

You will have a 1year manufacture warranty with them. worth getting fixed because they are great headphones.
Also for anyone thinking of getting these I bought the XO last night from Amazon Prime Now. ordered them at 6:30pm and they were delivered to my door at 8pm last night.
must be a prime member and have this service available in your area (can check postcode online or prime app)
also I got £5 off using code NOWFIVE as it was my 1st order so got them for £24.99....Bargin.

We got them as a gift direct from TB lay xmas. Don't have the receipt-invoice. Had a look at their terms and conditions, certain parts are only warranteed for 3mts. Others are wear and tear....for all the hassle it will cost, and time without, be as well with the new ones! note to self, keep box, invoice, etc.

Don't forget that a Warranty is on top of your normal rights under SOGA, claim via the retailer under SOGA (who would be TB in this case) rather than through the warranty.
