Not sure the manager at the Nottingham store would have honoured with a screenshot. He totally dismissed the confirmation email.

They never honoured the original deal, however they did give me a £10 voucher to purchase the items with. With delivery, ended up with roughly a 25% discount instead of bogof. Not sure whether it was worth the trip to the store, phone calls and emails, but all sorted now ...

I had the same problem today. I explained that I reserved them online and was supposed to be on offer until 27th, so the manager went online to check but obviously they had took it down, and said there was nothing she could do unless I had proof of it stating BOGOF....I showed her my screen shot (she wasn't expecting that :wink:)...then she honoured it.

Went to collect r2 d2 and jenga today, and the store wouldn't honour the deal. The manager was very rude and refused to acknowledge the confirmation email with the price of the items. I think this is because the email doesn't state it's bogof. It's simply says 0.00 for the second item. Waiting on a phone call from them though, so we'll see what happens. Will try and push for free delivery now after a wasted trip.

They've pulled the page from the website and removed the offers.
The promotion was meant to finish at the end of today, but the greedy cowboys at Toys R US have pulled it without warning

Just tried to order 2 R2D2 Bop It toys and the BOGOF deal isn't working on them anymore. Would have been a great deal.

i just ordered, collection from store and worked for me

Mine went through PayPal then changed amount after to include delivery, failed to order as the amounts didn't match and now I've had 2 emails from PayPal telling me that the transaction is pending toys r us approval?

Toys r us don't want the offers to be stacked hence the glitch/mistake. Or Whatever terminology i should have used

It's a glitch as store manager told me they were told remove the offer....

But it went through on till and is still available online!
