Looking at ebay prices there may be a cheaper region for VPN purchases.
One seller has Titanfall 2 Origin accounts for <£16.

Yeah I wouldn't suggest buying one, but it can be an indication that there is a low cost region (e.g. Nigeria/India).

A heads up: you can only pay with a card using this method, not Paypal.

Edit: But Singapore DOES accept Paypal and it's $37.28 SGD/£22.12 there.

You could try the Singapore store that someone mentioned accepts paypal. I never use paypal's conversion but it may be better than the extortionate rate some UK banks charge.

I have a revolut account that I forgot about may try that but will look into the singapore store too, checked my bank today and natwest added another charge for titanfall purchase taking it up to near 21 :disappointed:

Ended up going through revolut, cost me 21.58 all together for bf1 better than my bank at least anyway, few quid more than everyone else here but ah well
