Hopefully others are planning the same as the initial sales figures are low.

I spotted this earlier, the price is bound to drop quickly once the new Cod lands

It's good, but I certainly wouldn't say it's worth getting JUST for the campaign.
The multiplayer is a lot of fun too.

What's this game like any good?

Yeah it's a great game. I wasn't so into it at the start but after my first playthrough I loved the game. Same with multiplayer, I wasn't really enjoying at first and now I love it. But I traded mine in as I'm moving onto the next game so will certainly come back to it when it's cheaper. The campaign is like any Battlefield or Call of Duty length so if that is all you play, then it's up to you if you feel you will get your money worth. As someone that isn't so into multiplayer, I've been really enjoying this one so it's worth playing!

I've heard good things about the SP, and surprisingly good things about the multi, i.e. Much better than the beta.

Yeah, I've heard great things too - including lots of praise for the SP campaign.

However, it bombed pretty badly sales wise here, so I'm going to wait for a price drop.

Best FPS for me. Own battlefield 1 and since getting this, I haven't touched it. This is more fun and certainly one of my GOY. Good single player, enjoyable, but the multiplayer is epic.

I'd rarely pay £15 for a Blu-ray besides the two are not comparable imo. Each to their own but I'd never pay £40 for such a short campaign (it probably doesn't help that I hate multiplayer)

It looks awesome it's just a shame they picked such a risky release date, 2 months before or after cod and bf and it'd be alot bigger than it's been

Quality game. Have it on X1. The first was refreshing and kind of remind me of Mech Assault.

If you enjoyed Titanfall, buy this. It is better online, and SP is good even if short and future DLC supposedly free.

Absolutely fantastic game! The Single Player campaign is amazing, and has many elements that haven't been used in a FPS game before. Multiplayer is fast-paced and really good. Definitely worth the buy!

Is the single player as good as Doom?

Sweet! I loved the Doom campaign too.

You can't compare two different forms of media and at the same time, assume that someone is also willing to spend the £15 on blu-rays.

Perhaps play it at a level that isn't set to easypeasy!!

the game looks good. rated 9/10 by gamespot and trustedreviews. but I would never pay this much for a new game

Bought pre-release, 6 hours roughly to finish single player, however there is much more potential to continue the story. Multiplayer also fun, feels much more realistic and fun then division. Menu and single player is has some serious bugs on triple monitor setup...

I don't need to; I won't be buying it :smirk:
