The deal has been up for an hour and almost every retailer has this for under £20. Just go play a game and keep checking when you get the chance and you'll get one eventually.

Yeah but surely they would have done some sort of capacity planning around black friday/xmas/boxing day... alot of places use the cloud for burst periods of traffic so they can just spin up new servers

Dispatch emails normally take 2 to 3 days after purchase

Yep just had my cancelled too - clearly they just baited people to their site to stop them buying elsewhere on Black Friday, very dodgy practice. Make sure you leave trustpilot reviews, the link is on the front page of their site, in fact when you look at their reviews it seems as though their service is starting to slip with people reporting late deliveries and foreign copies. Time to move to Amazon I think.

Might sound like sour grapes, but I was as f*cked off as you guys, so thought I'd question their promotion and how can the supply chain suddenly dry up for them. Oh and copied in Phil Spencer (Xbox) , EA and Respawn. Not that Im expecting a reply. It was merely as a cathartic exercise.

Well thats how retail is. If you mess people around eventually you lose custom. I dont think anybody, apart from a select few, would complain if they thought they were being dealt with fairly. But SimplyGames are being lazy, they didnt even state on their promotion of the limitations. So as far as Im concerned, they deserve everything they get.

Mine is also still processing, I paid with Paypal and that it states is a temporary authorisation. Which I've never seen before anybody else had this before.

rang simplygames this morning and they said the reason for cancellations was due to site error, for example if they run out of games the buy it now button goes away and there was some errors

They could honor a sales anyway. It is not our problem, that they had any problems.

I also had dispatch email Friday morning but no delivery yet.

Had my order cancelled today, 4 days after the order was originally placed. They have made sure I was completely unable to pick up the game for a similar price from another supplier during black Friday or as the offers continued during the weekend by not saying something sooner. They must have known on the Friday that they were unable to honor the offer. Totally incompetent company.

Cancelled by Simply Games. Also had Battleborn cancelled by shopto. Bit annoying that these retailers can't back up their supposed Black Friday bargains!
