Good deal.
Hate the Deezer adverts, one of those things I'd gladly "unsee", if I could.

How do I claim cashback?
If your deal included a cash back by redemption or a line rental discount this will be shown on your order confirmation email. Your cash back is claimable in five instalments over the initial duration of the airtime agreement. Cash back on 12 month contracts must be claimed during billing months 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 from the date of connection or upgrade. Cash back on 18 and 24 month contracts is claimed during billing months 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 from the date of connection or upgrade.
To claim, simply fill out our cash back claims form which can be found in the ‘My Account’ section of the website.
Please note that claims must be received within 60 days from the date shown on the mobile bill you provide to be valid.
Once approved cash back is paid within 14 working days directly into your bank account as supplied by you at the point of ordering.
Please note that you cannot claim a cash back if you have cancelled your order, disconnected the SIM card from the network, or you have changed your price plan with us, or with the network. The mobile bill you provide to us to at the point of your claim must be in relation to the mobile number we connected or upgraded. If you ported a different number to your new contract, the bills then need to show the number you have ported to.
If your contract includes automatic-cashback, you do not have to claim for this and it will be paid within 90 days of connection.
Cashback will become void for customers who disconnect from the network prior to their payment being made.

It's the 2nd hottest deal today at 607 degrees so not hard to find, although the one difference here is obviously the Deezer subscription.

After the 12 months end, if you take no action, what happens? I guess it will probably go onto a rolling contract but I wondered how much you'd be paying post contract?

I took out a 12 month contract with 3 2 years ago. After the minimum term, the contract kept rolling (this included the £2 monthly discount I got in store).
Last week I got a letter from 3 saying they wanted to move me off that contract and they gave me three options. I'm very happy with the options (I'm probably going to pick unlimited everything and 30GB hotspot as NO ONE else offers that).
From what I can see on the website, the deal they offered me is a couple quid cheaper than those available to everyone else.
It might interest you to know that on the letter it said if I didn't make a selection by xyz date then they'll automatically move me over to a new plan without my consent.
I hope that kind of answers your question, might wanna double check with 3 though

Yes it is, but you're still paying full price in both deals month to month. The "effective" monthly price is meaningless.

Even if we miss the £50 surely we would get £30 via TCB OR Quidco. Plus the £10 guaranteed cashback from Mobileshop. So still a £40 cash back in total. £108-40=£68. So it would roughly be £5.6

Hello guys, a couple of questions if I may.
I'm already a very happy 3 customer but paying almost double for this. Is the offer new customers only?
Also my contract allows international calls when on holiday and tethering. I know 3 habe started to offer contracts with and without the ability to use calls/data abroad for differing fees. Does this include international usage?

9 Nov 16#51
This deal is going to finish in a few days apparently. I went through Quidco thinking it was a £50 cashback but it tracked at £30. My current deal with another provider is £6.50 for a similar package so it not being worth the effort to switch I called up Three to cancel the order, after the sim arrived but before I used it.
They asked my reason and I told them as above. They still offered me £10 credit to keep it! So if the Quidco paid out it would be effectively £40.
I still cancelled though for £12 or so a year it's not worth having to look around again at the end of the 12 months when I have a decent rolling contract deal already.
Give it a shot if you want to try to squeeze out some more cash though!
