It’s Christmas (or it will be in a week or two), and what do we do at Christmas? We watch movies, listen to music and drink a sh.. load of alcohol (Don’t forget Aldi currently have 20 Budweisers for £9,99, my personal preference!). Some of you will be sat watching Home Alone, some watching Miracle on 4th Street and others (you Poundland, hunters, you!) will be revelling with a beer in hand as you sit down to watch the greatest one of all time…Die Hard!
Obviously we can save money with our Christmas viewing if we take out a trial from one of the popular video streaming sites. Although you’re all probably aware of what they are and what they offer, I’m simply putting all this information in this post to try and save us all some dosh over Christmas (although you're going to quite abruptly let me know it's old news!)
And of course, don’t forget the Christmas tradition (if you’re still stuck in the 90s) the Christmas Radio times! You can currently grab 12 issues for just £1.00 (including the Christmas Edition) at BuySubscriptions.

Letter to Santa
Every year my kids compose a letter to Santa, and every year I cringe whilst they’re doing it. It’s a big part of the kids festivities and we should all get behind it. There are a few available options available this year including the Royal Mail template (for the cost of a stamp and must be posted by the 9th) or alternatively you can create your letter from Santa with NSPCC and donate £5 in the process.
The best grocery shop of the year, right? Brussel sprouts, turkey (not that gaming dude), dried roasted peanuts and a cheap bottle of plonk. Christmas sorted.
I’ve listed below the current available offers for delivery options from the leading supermarkets (personally I like the hustle and bustle). They are obviously set to change from now up until Christmas, but the Tesco mid-week saver is a fantastic option for you to take out on the 3rd December to cover all your Tesco grocery and Direct orders.
Tesco (including Tesco Direct, Groceries, F&F / (Sign up for your month's FREE trial on 3rd December for deliveries until 3rd January))
Ocado - £20 off first shop PLUS Free midweek pass (code: VOU9318789)
Sainsburys - £18 off £80 shop (Multiple savings on numerous shops)
Morrisons – Unlimited* Deliveries (one per day on orders over £40)
Remember, there is nothing worse than wrapping presents at Chrismas and if you’re anything like me, you need not have bothered to be honest…
Most retailer will offer a free wrapping service over the Christmas period, or at worst for a small charge. Just remember, the less time you spend wrapping presents, the more time you can spend on the Lambrini.

OR
simply wait until the New Year Sales.
Buy up all the overpriced fragrance gift sets, like Beyoncé, Beckham and all similar overpriced crap which will be reduced to sweet FA. Last year many were reduced to between 3 quid to a fiver (down from 25 to 30 quid). Keep hold until around the Spring, then put it all on the bay and make a packet from mugs who adore these celebs. Beckham has been dropped by Coty from rumours I hear so his stuff should be a giveaway ...after Xmas naturally.
Or, of course, if you like their stuff, you still win.

Also, if you want to make some money back quickly, you can use trade in sites for your old books, cds, dvds, games and technology:
There are some more but these are the main ones. Sometimes they don't pay for 100% of your stuff, but if you want to get rid of old stuff quickly they are pretty handy. And remember, if it's a good deal but you weren't gonna buy it anyway, you're not saving money!!
