what would seal the deal for you? Its like the op needs to follow up with a hard sell...
Jelly beans probably compete with gold on price per gram. Don't get it, though the price of Jelly belly for this quantity I'd need to lose a kidney.

Personally I'd rather spend a bit more and get jelly belly as they are better, but damn they are expensive.

Have you bothered looking up the ones you highlighted?
The glazing agents are one product from a bug similar to honey and two forms of natural wax.
The colours are from plants and minerals.
Can't really see any issue in the ones you highlighted. If you had said the sugar which is listed 3 times (first, second and second from last) you might have had a point.

These are comparatively well priced but still a massive rip-off that we've all become accustomed too. If you consider that 1.5KG of sugar costs around 60p and probably accounts for >90% of the ingredients; making these is pretty much akin to turning water into wine.

High fructose corn syrup actually does make you gain more weight than the same caloric amount of table sugar.
1.4kg is guarantee to give you type 2 diabetes. These should be taxed like cigarettes really....
Merry xmas everyone!

Given it is 70% sugar content, that would mean this box has 1kg of sugar in it, feels like eating sugar with a spoon. How much is a kilo of sugar in Aldi?
