I hope you enjoy them together. I like my fried eggs cooked in butter, spooning the melted butter over the yolk to only slightly cook them. Try this with home made hash browns or home fries, it's a an absolute treat.

I do put a splash on fried eggs. Adds a nice piquancy in the morning.
