Having saved a lot of money on this site I thought it time to try to repay some of you.
I have been considering buying this kit for some time at the reasonable price of £159.
It is power over Ethernet, 720p resolution and a 1TB hardrive.
Now in sale for £129.97 and I can't find anything near this for price and good reviews.

Don't note cold because you don't like it or it's not suitable.
This is a good deal, weather you like it or not.
IP Cameras offer great picture clarity and are reliable.

You know you still have to run power to a wireless camera? I'm nit sure if you're trolling or just stupid.

I was thinking the same, I also require 4 cameras but looks ok for a small system

Yep it should be for closer distances at home and faces will be recognisable.
if you go any higher quality you will need a mush bigger hard drive.
720p is good enough for home use, especially if you use it indoors.

Seems a bit harsh to rate it cold. Ethernet makes much more sense for CCTV unless you really need wireless. Even if you do, that's a personal requirement and not a reason to rate this cold.

looks like a great price, ip cameras tend to cost substantially more, so based on the spec, i would upvote
Seems a decent price,
but for god's sake change the default passwords/user names for Internet access or it could become part of the latest bot-net currently taking down website's, or potentially exposing your own network. See here for more info

Ethernet wins hands down over wireless any day in terms of reliability and quality!
Having recently run a POE CCTV at my office I would advice to keep an eye on distance of the cable & its quality as over 15m runs the power drops to unusable unless a booster is used.

What?!?!
PoE can run on 100m cables, as per the Ethernet standard. If you've got a problem with PoE not working over 15m I'd strongly suggest you get your cabling checked as it may be a fire risk. I'm not trying to make you sound stupid here; this is a serious post! GET YOUR CABLING CHECKED.
Also, make sure you're using proper PoE injectors or PoE switches.

Its cheap chinese stuff, at UK prices.... you could do similar via ebay at half the price, or take the customs gamble, and get from China.

Could you provide links for these eBay CCTV systems for £60. I've done a search and the cheapest equivalent setup I can find is £129.99.

I have the same cameras and they are V.Good at night at 15M. With some work the image is fine at 20M. The 1TB Hard Drive is fine on my 4 camera system. If you select motion detection and are using it on the outside of your property, there is plenty of room. The software setup is sometimes tricky, but RTFM usually works.
Dont forget 2% quidco on this from Debenhams plus. Good find OP. Heat.

Can't recommend CCTV enough. Caught a guy trying to sneak up my back passage in the middle of the night on ours. Showed the footage to the police the next day and he was banged up that morning.

Yes some very worrying reviews about customer care. I am starting to be concerned about my order but will have to wait until Thursday for delivery fingers crossed.
I agree that the offer as such has now ended. This is my first post and don't know how to expire it. I clicked on expire but nothing happened apart from the button disappearing.
Any help would be appreciated thanks.
