Heat for the price and only recently it's been worth buying. On a side note, first part of next year they will probably announce a special edition with all the characters etc for both the PS4 and Xbox one. Naming it differently and it doesn't breach their street fight 5 is a Sony exclusive.
On a happy side note, looks like we will see Marvel vs capcom 4 in 2017. (Going to be more the marvel cinema universe).

Which I think is a shame, given the way these exclusive deals restrict options for gamers.

I think the small print was that street fighter 5 will never come to Microsoft. However street fighter championship Deluxe different name technically can. Could be wrong, but I just remembered when they first announced it, people mentioned that.
Yeah marvel vs capcom 2 was my favourite. Hopefully they change the look of the third one as I wasn't fond of the style.

I can't imagine any version of SFV will come to XB1, it's not just a simple exclusivity deal, Sony part funded development. Same set up as Bayonetta 2 on WiiU.

Microsoft funded Rise of the Tomb Raider but it still came to Playstation. Maybe next year we might hear news about Street Fighter V coming to Xbox.

To what extent I wonder. I know Sony were funding some of the prize pool money for the capcom pro tool events so maybe their stake in SFV was getting than MS in ROTR? Who knows.

There is a 'story mode' that gives you the chance to play as several different characters through a single narrative (similar to the recent Mortal Kombat games), a 'versus mode' against a CPU-controlled character, and a 'survival mode' (win as many bouts as you can in a row).
I'm buying it mostly for the local versus play myself.

I heard a lot le complaints about the game being unfinished. Is it really finished now?
Is the any fighting game better than this one? I know we just have UFC games, Dead Or Alive and Mortal Kombat.
I didn't like DoA graphics and Mortal Kombat is way too gore in my opinion

I think it has a lot more content now compared to when it first came out. The developers also just recently announced they plan to support the game until 2020. Hopefully that means new characters and stages added. Think best fighting game just comes down to personal preference.
Apart from the games you mentioned there is also Killer Instinct on Xbox and The King of Fighters on Playstation. Tekken 7 is coming out I think sometime in 2017 and also Playstation has a number of Japanese Anime type fighting games if that is your thing!
