The physical copy is useless, the disc is almost empty of data. You're getting a key in the post.

Steam key included, you don't need to use the disc. I got the retail box with the Amazon exclusive bundle with book & cd sampler. The DVD only includes like 4GB of 25GB+. So I just input the Steam code directly and downloaded the full amount.
