Would you sell someone £20 for £18? No, I'm afraid that they don't.
You can, however, buy slightly discounted credit from some third-party sellers.

Civ V complete for 33p.... Surely that's an error.

Do you already own most of whats in it?

It's because you own almost the whole bundle, you probably miss one or two small DLCs.

It'll probably be a single DLC item you don't already own and it's giving you an option to complete your collection.

The false positives and grinding people are talking about on GTA online is so off-putting. I want the game so badly but not if i'm gonna get banned just for being in the same game as hackers. The solution appears to be don't play public, which sucks.

Green man gaming is doing skyrim legendary for £4.99 plus use code BLACKFRIDAY10 for discount brings it to £4.49 cheapest I could find it.
Plus you get a free random game on every purchase.

The way I read it, the Skyrim Special Edition is only available for free to those who had Skyrim Legendary (or the main game plus add-ons) on the 28th October 2016?:
"To ensure eligibility, you must own all Skyrim content on Steam on or before October 28th." https://steamcommunity.com/games/489830/announcements/detail/586983381621095056
So anyone buying it now will need to buy the Special Edition separately, and thus people that bought after that date and don't understand are complaining that they haven't been upgraded:
"pls Bethesda give us the upgrade i have buy my last DLC on last sunday, and i have wait 36 hours, so pls give me my update to SE "

Well there are quite often offers on itunes gift cards at this time of year, obviously that's got nothing to do with steam but I'm just saying that offers on gift cards or credit is not unheard of. I've never bought steam credit before so thought I'd check.

23 Nov 161#35
Sure - my point was that, as you've noted, you'll pretty much never find any store selling their own gift cards/credit below face value. If you want to buy Steam credit, I'd suggest trying cdkeys.com in the first instance, including with their 5% Facebook 'like' discount.
