Main presents £200 to £300 so stocking fillers around £25 in my book. Obviously different people think different things.

I'm glad my parents never threw away my toys. This year my kids want Star Wars and Ghostbusters toys, they are going to get all my old 80s toys that are currently stored in the loft, made to last and won't cost me a penny. Kids are far too spoilt these days and most stuff in the stores is shoddy quality.

I agree on the spoiling and the crappy quality of toys, some of the plastic toys such as paw patrol and anything similar must cost them pennies to make, yet they charge extortionate amounts, most of it gets forgotten about after a few weeks or months, despite us the parents spending hundreds of pounds on toys.

Don't give them to the kids! They'll be collectibles nowadays.

Considering Vader in TFA is all but a melted helmet this model is not a faithful representation at all :disappointed:

Decent price for these I got Vader, Ren, Chewie & Stormtrooper when they were reduced to £30 by Tesco in January (never in a million years were they worth £120 each) obviously these must be old stock but kids don't know that and will still be popular being Star Wars with Rogue One being released next month. If keep them in their boxes in time hopefully they will be worth more than this, but hey at this price if the kids break them at least didn't pay the silly price they were last xmas.

Ye I got the 4 of them back in January too, still new in their boxes, maybe worth the original 120 at some point :stuck_out_tongue:

I got all of them then too, quality for the price just can't seem to get the C3PO one for less than £60/70

Not sure about these ever being worth £120 but I have a couple of older Star Wars figures that were originally priced at over £100 10 years or so ago and would easily fetch around £80 boxed in mint condition now. My collection (also bought the interactive C3P0) is also new and is still kept boxed too. A tip for you is make sure you remove the batteries when not in use because if they leak and go rusty inside these models they will be worth next to nothing in the future.

Cost me £39.99 for Kylo Ren at Argos earlier this year, but picked up Vader for £25 at Tesco's at the same time.

True for some reason C3PO has never been fully reduced in price even though had the same £119.99 RRP as the others. If I remember correctly I paid around £60 for mine in a sale from Argos but it might've been slightly more because I think I used a £10 voucher too, So £60/£70 is probably the cheapest you will get it unless someone sells one cheap on Ebay. C3PO is my favourite out of the collection and both my nephews think he is amazing too

Just wish they would reduce C3-PO to this price.

Ah the true meaning of Christmas. Spending unnecessary amounts of money to show them how much you love them.
