If you get this TV check iplayer is working. If you get error code 02001 (from memory) you will have to phone Sony to get the apps on the TV activated.

It's back down to £349 at currys if that helps. I think this is a good deal. Went for it myself as I think the guys here are right about the quality of Black Friday sets

Chances are this'll crop up at £315 somewhere in the next couple of weeks but I got tired of waiting and just missing out on tv deals

All of the specs are laid out in the opening post (thanks OP by the way, this is a great deal and I have bought one for my conservatory). How lazy can you possibly be to either not read through them or google to find out such a simple question? Why should everything be handed to people on a plate. You just pay have to pay online to apply the voucher code & then you can collect in-store. I did this & did not get physical voucher, i got mine emailed. Not sure i could wait for Argos deliveries, they used to take forever & a day. Don't know if this has changed now.

Ordered and heat added. The Argos site was slow earlier but it's working fine now

If you order home delivery, the £10 voucher is emailed and can only be used online.
If you collect from store, you get physical voucher. Not sure that's worth lugging 48"'home though

Yeah, you may have a point there..... but I shall probably hang on for the off chance of a good deal though.
My 40" Sammy is only 2 yrs old, so i'm in no rush to buy, but i'd like a bigger screen and smart functions or android as well. I can also afford to pay a bit more than this Sony.
