Your shipment is delivered by China Post surface mail. The package should normally take 10-25 business days for normal country to arrive (approximately). However, please understand this is an estimate. The shipping speed is outside our control and is dependent on the courier company.

According to various search results on google, surface (sea) shipping from China will take 6-8 weeks - perhaps the Sammydress customer service rep would like to comment on whether the quoted 10-25 business days is a realistic expectation for delivery ?

It certainly didn't say ' Item will sit around for 2 weeks before we bother to deal with the order'.

I made this purchase assuming it would arrive in time to go into a music mad person's Christmas stocking.
I now have the product coming from Amazon for only a couple of £ more so you can shove your Merry Christmas where the sun doesn't shine tbh.

Sick of the endless bull.... I am asking paypal to step into this scam, yea its only a couple of quid, but they must have taken loads of orders.
My advice is to follow suit... its the principle.

I have now escalated to paypal as I am getting same excuses again and again from their customer service. Its small amount but I believe they think people will not be bothered to report such small losses but if many people pay small amount they will still make a large amount so as a principle....complaint raised to paypal for refund.

If these items had been shipped within a few days of ordering that would have been before Black Friday and Cyber Monday in any case.

I don't doubt they will probably arrive eventually, but who needs stocking fillers at the end of January ?

I reported them to pay pal and now have revived my money back they told me they were out of stock that was why they didn't dispatch them until the 30th!! They seem to just keep lying to everyone will never buy from them again.

First time I've been back to this thread. Countless excuses and no item. Sort of relieved it is not just me. Ordered 2 lots as well. Emailed them today and pending their answer, will be contacting Paypal.

I've simply put the transaction through Paypal now as unauthorised, seeing as it is past the timescale for a normal dispute.

Just sent correspondence to this company via PayPal for a refund. Ordered 12 November so it's a bit ridiculous that no item has arrived.

OR ypu could have emailed all customers to get thsee issues sorted. Maybe telling us the item is out of stock, restocking date, possible refund option, etc.? I better get my refund you useless lot.

ordered mine on 12/11/16, received an email on 26/11 saying had been dispatched - never received and no reply to emails to sammydress so raised PayPal dispute on 6/1/17 and received 1.99 refund on 8/1/17. As others have already said may only be £1.99 but would soon add up over a number of orders - so would advise anybody that hasn't received their order to raise a dispute for a refund.

I contacted them about no item being received, was told to wait until the end of January, they just got back to me with nonsense about it being lost, but I did not buy insurance, so tough. I just went straight to paypal for a refund, don't be fibbed off by them.

Just an update..like the majority I never received these. I know its only a couple of quid, but if they have sold thousands, it all adds up !! I raised a claim with paypal Sammydress offered half of the money back as I had not purchased insurance. I escalated the claim and received a full refund. I guess the majority of people wont claim , so theyre quids in..
