Any alcoholic drink under 20% proof I think is the rule. so wine, cider, beer, and some liqueurs.
Has to do with the government's law on the minimum pricing of alcohol. This law prevents alcoholic drinks being sold at a price below the cost of alcohol duty plus VAT. A

I work at Morrison's and there appear to be two types of vouchers. Some people get theirs at the checkouts and others in the post. I am guessing that it depends on what you signed up for when you filled in the form for your More card. The value of the points and spend vary according from customer to customer but you you should get some sort of Christmas promotion.

I Work at morrisons and unfortunately you cannot use discount on wines and spirits however still a good deal.

I would personally think not. I work at Morrison's. Our staff discount is only valid on wine, beer, cider and liqueurs under 20proof. This is what staff are told:

"The Government has laws around the minimum pricing of alcohol. This law prevents alcoholic drinks being sold at a price below the cost of alcohol duty plus VAT. As we already sell spirits at competitive prices, particularly when on promotion, the addition of a colleague discount could result in the spirits being sold below this legal limit."

By all means try using your discount, but don't be surprised when it doesn't work on spirits.

There are (mostly) good reviews for this award winning whiskey. Here is one... http://whiskyforeveryone.blogspot.co.uk/2013/10/have-just-tried-label-5-classic-black.html I have tried it, and would say it is one of the best (budget) blended scotch whiskeys.

Yes, it is my favourite of the lower priced whisky and my favourite blended whisky.
If i remember correctly it is one of the best sellers in France, check out some online reviews it does get very good reviews for the price.
I normally stock up when Morrisons have it on offer for £12 so £10 a bottle is a bargain.

This is the most "unpredictable" spirits deal that Morrisons have ever had!

In terms of offers Asda never tell you or display when the offer finishes so you never know , but with Morrisons you know when the offer ends , so yes borring but good to be predictable.

Morrison's stores usually take 24 hours to shelf price their deals
