Price-wise, this is obviously a good deal, but don't expect them to taste like hand-cooked - they don't. They taste like ordinary crisps but are a bit lacking in flavor. Could have used a better spud but batches may vary, hopefully!

I think "hand cooked" means they take them out of the oil by hand, or something similar to that. They only need one part of the process "by hand", to mean they can be called hand cooked.
