If you have a Qualcom fast charge supported device it's definitely worth paying a couple of quid more and getting a fast charge certified one.

It is but the number of popular phone models supported are limited, although other devices like power banks support the standard as well. If your phone has it, then you DO want it. If it doesn't, then this would be good enough. Seems to be that the industry trend is towards USB C though.
I have a 6 port 60w Aukey branded quick charger for my quick charge phone and it works very well, 2 QC ports and 4 other intelligent ones that can pump out a lot of current. Cables matter as well though, make sure you have quality cables that can support high current charging.
