I repeat myself, but shame it's a reference cooler. Great price though, very good value for money here!

Decent for a new card but there are better deals to be had on the Amazon Warehouse, if you don't mind open box.

Do you think you could link one? I'm looking for a semi budget graphics card, (mainly to run photoshop etc etc. not actually for gaming. I've got a 500w psu to play with.

I have a gtx 960. would this be a good upgrade?

Not really. Better stretch to 1060. Even if you go for the 3gb version.

got this to replace my 560Ti and what a difference it makes. Well worth the £150.

RX480 4gb versus 1060 3gb, the 1060 sweeps up and doesn't struggle with memory as it has pretty good (nearly 20%) better memory compression. The price of the 1060 3gb is same/lower and comes with better AIB partners at that price.
The 480 8gb is compared to the 1060 6gb and similar price differences.
At 150, the 470 is a good value.
At 190, the 1060 3gb is a good value
At 230, the 1060 6gb is good value.
The 480 is squished in the middle and is priced at the same level as the 1060 3gb and 6gb and really should be lower.

That sums it up well. 1060 3gb is the best value 1080p card ATM in my view. Not worth the extra £35 for more memory. Unless going for higher res or ultrawide.

nate you and I both know vram memory compression doesnt work that way

Nice card for a budget, but if you dont mind buying used cards, theres 970s and 380s going for like £120ish.

470 has MILES better value for money than any of 1060s. And of course a little bit less performance. Roughly about the same though. You can really feel the difference when 1 card is twice as fast as the other. Otherwise reduce 1 setting and game will look and run the same.

Usually Ebay and the forums over here, I sold me 380 on ebay just 4 days ago for £150, but I was pretty patient with the sale, but there are people wanting to get rid of their cards and looking for a quick sale thats where you will find them cheaper.

I think the op should include that delivery is £9.90 extra on top of the £149.99. So it's actually £159.89.

The xfx rx 470 triple x version @ £155.99 is a better deal I think. It is a shame I missed the sapphire nitro one, but the xfx one also has a backplate, factory OC and third party cooler.

This is the Nitro, not the Nitro+. There's very little information about it.
As far as I can tell the differences are:
1236MHz clock instead of 1260MHz (2% difference)
No backplate
No LED lighting
No mode switch
Fans don't have two ball bearings?
Power connector on top rather than at the back
1cm shorter
I'm not too bothered about any of those. I'm happy with mine, good performance, and the fans switch off below 50 degrees.
