I'm inclined to believe this is legitimate but that the handset is non-UK and so warranty could prove awkward should something go wrong. Spending that sort of money, I'd rather be doing business with an established company.
image in listing stolen from another retailer, like all his others. Avoid. Can't believe the mods haven't pulled these obviously dodgy deals

A shudder of dread just came over me when I realised this was the same seller that was doing the Xbox One S at £319...and they shifted well over 50 of those. Including to me. I am slightly worried now - thankfully I used PayPal credit so even if it is a scam, it will only cost me time chasing EBay/PayPal
overall however, I agree, this is too good to be true, most likely refurbs and re-sealed to look like new. wont know until 12 dec I guess lol. I wont be taking the punt.

I've just bought before I read all of this. Is there a way to cancel the purchase or am I stuck now until the phone never arrives?

Been an ebay member since 2007, why scam now? seems that buyers have received their phones and are mostly happy with them. I'll admit though, I seems too good to be true.

None of his older listing have a 10 day dispatch time. Massive red flag.

erick_007 to shaft

yes before they sold but made a profit but now they are losing money from each item they have sold more then 600 item last 24 hours and average of £250 each they have accounted nearly 150k past 24 hours

They've sold hundreds of phones in the last hour and will obviously try to take the money and run. Let's hope they don't get away with it. Reporting the listings would probably be a better idea than buying one.

yes he has estimated delivery on 12-13 Dec by that time he will withdraw money
If you look at the previous sold items (through feedback) the "item location" all point to Torquay but all of the current offerings have Solihull as their item location. Why change location today? Looks too good to be true and thats the bait.

Mmmm wouldn't you be covered by Ebay's fraud policy though? If the phone wasn't genuine or damaged then you'd get your money back?
nitro228 to Judd1200
25 Nov 16#13
You would be covered but is it worth the hassle? It's obviously not genuine. Seller has no completed items, no recent feedback and has listed iPhones etc at half rrp. Never going to happen.

Surely this must be a scam...looking at his other items for sale, they are all priced far too cheaply as well.

Looking at the prices of their other items I'd put money on this being a scam. No way they could sell for these prices. Was looking for a report button but doesn't seem to be one Beware.

Seems like an excellent deal, not sure on the supplier though. An ideas it places like Amazon will have similar deals come tomorrow?
