Fine. Unless something goes wrong. And then you deal with the worst customer service in the world... Samsung. I speak from professional not personal experience. The way they treat customers is beyond belief. Good products but I will never buy a large item from samsung

​yes I have dealt with Asus. not great either but Samsung are appalling and until you have the misfortune to deal with them you can't appreciate what they are like.

​customer service wise? you can have a bad experience with any company but Samsung are on a different level to the rest. Hoover are better than most if things go wrong but I appreciate they are mid table as regards quality. I have no axe to grind but I know how bad Samsung customer service are...Google it and see yourself

I've dealt with Samsung, Asus and HP. Microsoft and Sony are by far the WORST companies I've ever dealt with.

Samsung and Currys will not let me register the warranty (5yr) anyone else having/had this problem.
