They paid me £10.05 in top of £5.00 which tracked from first time. So total cashback £15.05.

Anyone having any luck with the claim?
I've sent yet another email, as my last one apparently got 'lost' due to a system migration, and all my support inbox has gone. Luckily I've kept a record...
Also, if I try to raise a fresh ticket for incorrect amount on the £10, there is no £50 option to select.

Yes mine too, had to raise a ticket...
Although I thought the full cashback was supposed to be £50 as that's the option it gave me when raising the ticket.

Handset ordered saturday, arrived today. Just waiting for the quidco to confirm at £50 and job done! Activated the sim and put it in the phone to register before putting my current sim. Hopefully ticket the boxes!

The bit at the bottom is on every retailers T's ad C's on quidco. Generally means if you use a voucher code it will be declined. As per the "offer" it does say on quidco's page
"Get up to £100 off selected handsets
Get up to £100 off
+ Up to £50 cashback"
..so this clearly means Quidco is aware of the handset discounts on giffgaffs website, so it IS listed on their page. so the terms are met so cashback will be paid on this deal (assuming you don't use another voucher code of course, and you have a giffgaff sim in it when you first turn on the phone).

hi, i was just looking through the terms and conditions for the £50 off a handset at giffgaff with quidco. it seemed to state that you could not use the quidco with any other offer so i dont know if it will still go through?? if people know that it will that would be great
jonnymonny to Tom__15

I had the same query. I think the terms and conditions are a bit vague because it says at the bottom
"Cashback is only eligible on Quidco advertised vouchers
Please also see the retailer's standard terms and conditions for purchase as listed on their site Cashback will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discount code unless listed on this page, or with any other discounts such as staff or student discounts
Cashback may not be paid on VAT, delivery, card payment fees, taxes or any other additional charges"
Doesn't the discount on the phone mean that this will be ineligible? I want the S7 and with the Quidco it would be just right but without it seems a bit more than I can afford.
Is there any way to clarify this?

Has anyone had the quidco track? Worth it at £410 probably not at £460. The terms have made me wonder if it will track or not

it is so annoying. I cant buy stuff without quidco as it goes against my religion (ha) but I cant sit here and wait for everything to sell out. what to do!. Quidco have upped their game this year, but as a web developer myself it baffles me why they did that without considering their server capabilities! It seems Tesco learnt their lesson as with others, who's sites have been able to handle it (so far) this year.

doesn't seem that cheap given the phone isn't that new now. I got mine for a bit less than that at the beginning of the year after getting a Very 20% voucher and also has 3mths interest free credit
I'm with giffgaff though and the flexibility is great.

not sure if anyone will know the answer, but what if I buy the phone via their pay monthly option with a £200 upfront payment?
I've been considering getting one of these recently and the cashback + option to pay it off would be a bonus!

Not seeing the £55 cashback deal on Quidco Giff Gaff page?
Edit : found it under 'Giff Gaff handsets' not 'Giff Gaff'
i think there were some murmurs that this wasn't going to be a UK model, so questionable after sales if the battery gets a bit smokey...

First I will say good price, so a hot from me.
However I have owned this phone since release and really dislike the edge, it always detects you touching the screen when just holding or in one hand operation while texting and so forth.

I signed in and no goodybag was added, because I already have one, their database knows this. The terms do not state "new" or "existing" customers, so it will be for all. It states "for handset activations" meaning you pop your existing or new giffgaff sim in it.
Spakkle
24 Nov 161#5
If you are already have giffgaff then it doesn't add one. You can just add the £10 but cancel it as soon as you've activated the sim - that's assuming you don't want to actually keep it. I had contracts for as long as I can remember, but have been on giffgaff now for ages and more than happy. I have their £20 unlimited everything (6GB 4G then Unlimited 3G) but often drop it to the £12.50 should i not be needing much internet

What are people expecting for the normal s7 tomorrow? Better than the 449 on gif gaff?

Not quite. You log into quidco, go to giffgaffs page from there, then check out. Your purchase will then track and once confirmed (and they know you are not going to just return the phone etc) you will get £55 cashback
markwalton400
24 Nov 16#6
Or a £10 goodybag
So if I buy an S7 I will automatically get £55 off, making it £394 + goodybag???

24 Nov 161#7
No, you get the £55 as cashback through Quidco. Just make sure that you go through the process correctly otherwise you won't get the money off them.

You have to purchase a £15 goodybag also?
