Description: The next member of the Galaxy S family has arrived to bring you the features you love, but, more importantly, S7 Edge hands you the key to taking your virtual-reality experience to the next level. Perfect for pairing with Gear VR (sold separately) to bring virtual reality to your everyday life, so you can make your gaming and movie sessions fully immersive.
Water and dust protection
The Galaxy S7 Edge fuses metal and glass like no other to deliver a design that looks and feels like the very best. Its rear curved design and compact dimensions help to make the S7 Edge fit beautifully in your hand for optimum comfort. The S7 Edge has a dust- and water-resistant Gorilla glass with IP68 and is the first Galaxy phone to feature capless water and dust resistance for total protection.
Clear, bright camera
Both the front and back cameras have had their features improved to help you take clearer images, whether in the bright daylight or in situations where light is limited thanks to a brighter F1.7 lens and larger 1.4um pixel image sensor. The S7 Edge also features the first-ever Dual Pixel 12MP camera to guarantee blur-free photos.

Depends what you prefer in a phone. They trade blows in a lot of areas but based on me owning an S7 Edge, having used a HTC 10 and reading about both in threads on XDA
S7 Edge has the better screen, it is brighter, can go dimmer, can be oversaturated if that is your thing, or can be set to basic mode for excellent colour accuracy.
The HTC 10 actually takes more true to life photos, the S7 Edge does have a tendency to oversharpen images quite a bit and it cannot be turned off. Only way to stop this happening is using Pro Mode. The S7 Edge is more consistent though, whilst it can take a few shots on the 10 before you get the perfect image.
Auto Focus on the S7 is king and destroys the HTC 10, as does the time it takes to actually snap and take a picture.
Audio quality on the HTC 10 on a whole is just a step above the S7 Edge. It has a cleaner DAC, a MUCH MUCH more powerful headphone AMP, uses its bottom speaker and earpiece speaker (Which can be done on the S7 Edge, but ONLY with root) and records audio in videos much better too.
The HTC 10 is smoother than the S7, yet the S7 loads things quicker.
Skins are personal preference, I like Sense and Touchwiz. Touchwiz actually has some really neat features
Battery life on the S7 Edge is better than the HTC 10. For my own usage, the S7 Edge can get me 6-7 hours SOT over a 24 hour period, whilst the HTC 10 I had for a few days only did 4-5 hours SOT over a 20 hour period. These are both WiFi only results. In terms of 4g, subtract about an hour SOT from both times.
WiFi reception is pretty poor, when you compare the two. Both the HTC 10 I temporarily had and the HTC 10 my friend has can not get WiFi in my kitchen (router is in my room). My S7 Edge handles this fine. There is also a pretty big thread about poor WiFi on the HTC 10 on XDA

What was the delivery date? I bought mine for 399 from another similar ebay shop on that day and they stated the delivery date as December 12th.
I suspect they all order from the same place in Korea or China and just wait for that to be delivered,

Yeah I tried an Argos S7 'refurb' ... The one I got had been battered. Drop damage to 3 out of 4 corners and a nice scratch on the screen for good measure. They refunded without question though (as they should).

If it's any help to those worried about it being an EU phone, I've owned a German LG G3 for 2 years with absolutely no problem whatsoever. Just pop a plug adaptor onto the EU 3-pin plug, and you're good to go. No reason to pay a premium for a UK version in my view.

BEWARE this is not UK spec, it will be an EU model supplied with a 3 pin plug...if that doesn't bother you and cost is your deciding factor then that's fine.
If it was a UK spec model from an established eBay business, you would be looking around the £500 region. So about £50 or so more.
