No wild rice has been eaten through centuries, not polished white rice. There were no polishing machines which before. White rice as bad as white bread without fibre.

its probably the best cheap basmati you will get..tilda though for around £2 more is worth it from your cash an carry

Any offers for Brown Basmati rice? White polished rice is not good for health as no fibre in it like white bread.

This a untrue, any food is healthy, the testament is its eating through the centuries. The cause of poor health is unbalanced diet, white rice/bread is a component in a meal in UK.
