I went for 3 freebies last month but the voucher amount was reduced for all - the email I got back said that as stated in their terms and conditions (who ever reads them?? especially on a mobile!) you're only supposed to choose 1 product hence the reduced amount. The difference was not refunded to my account :disappointed:

Have you checked all voucher amount are correct? Last time when I used 2 or 3 vouchers altogether, the amount is not correct, not totally free. System just deduct partial amount.

I remember last time I got charged partial amount for each item. Was just over £5. Had to complain & they gave me a £6 voucher. Great, they overcharged me & instead of giving me my money back, I get a voucher.
