Seen this has dropped - maybe linked to Black Friday as there have been a few on the site today.
Not played this but had it on my wishlist, I'll check and post if anything else appears on sale. IGN review if it helps

I would say just the first.
The app includes IAP. Also, the end of the description says "TECHNICAL NOTES: Episode 2 required to purchase and play Episode 3". The fact that they are discussing the purchase of episodes 2 and 3 at all sort of implies that you only get episode 1 included.

I'm not sure to be honest. The blurb mentions episode 5, but when I search for the game on the store, that's the only one that shows up. It's the same when I click on the developer. I have a feeling it's the full game but they just left the blurb the same. If it isn't you can always get a refund.
