Seems there are a few launch issues but its more down to devs not implementing their patches properly as TF2 and TR show that when it works, it works. I will wait until the likes of WD2, DH2, Skyrim etc are running smoothly and then jump in.

Like I said above there are work arounds, also some are user ignorance not getting their TV settings correct.

Still needs a fix either from Sony or from TV manufacturers, maybe both.

I would have jumped on this if there wasn't connection problems with 4K/HDR and HDCP 2.2

There are work arounds but I personally won't buy one until its fixed.

Enjoying the Pro here. Worth pointing out its does not undermine the normal PS4. Supersampling wont be a big enough change at 1080p for most. It seems it is mainly for people with 4K and Streamers, more hardcore etc.

This deal is top notch. COD:IW looks great on it.

Well I already have just over £50 on my GAME account accrued from trades, so I figure I would top that up and wait for Black Friday/Chrimbo and see what title deals will be available then.

£294.49 for the console(if you consider I will get £72 in credit) is what I'm most happy about, what with the "impending price hike" on these units :smiley:

Only person I've seen claim that with a pic was marked as a faked pic. Most likely someone melting the plastic with an external heat source for some Internet Attention. Not 100% sure but from what I've seen of that pic and teardown of the console there's just nothing in that area that could generate that amount of heat. Frankly I'd struggle to believe a console could generate enough heat to melt the plastic case in the first place...

After getting the Xbox One S deal last month I don't think my bank account can handle another pillaging for the Pro. Although, it would be the last console I buy for at least a year or so... I'm not sure a Black Friday deal could beat this.

I got the xbox one elite from tesco click and collect last week and the box was battered so rang them up to complain and said it was a Xmas prezzie for someone and they did a next day exchange and this time it was in a huge box to protect it not plastic wrapper like other one.

It's a good deal but I received my Ps4 pro from them wrapped in a bit of polythene. The outer box of the ps4 was battered to bits although the ps4 was ok . So if you want it to arrive in perfect condition don't order from Tesco.
