Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 sees the return of the multi-award winning franchise complete with an abundance of new features and quality improvements. PES 2017 aims to retain its title of 'Best Sports Game' for a third year, as voted across the world at games shows and by major media outlets in 2014 and 2015. This year's tagline (creation concept) 'Control Reality' encapsulates the focus of this year's product, taking the award winning gameplay to a new level by achieving interactive reality in both control and its new standard of authentic visuals. The immersion in the game presentation and interactive, tactical elements enhance the experience for the player, as the product aims to maximize the fun in playing against any player in every way. The industry leading Fox Engine again powers the series to reach new heights across the large amount of improvements, and with PES 2017 users will be able to experience real football for the first time in a video game.

Very impressed with this. The movement of the players and physics, and the crowd reactions.

PES definitely plays the better game, FIFA is all about the licensing, but if you have a PS4 you can easily download an option file for free to change all the kits and team names. Much easier this year.

I agree, I feel like you have more control of the ball on PES.

I'm pretty sure FIFA destroying PES in sales has nothing to do with "kids will only want for proper teams"

Not bad but for £25 I would expect brand new, seen as it's been out a bit now. I have been playing footie games a year behind over the last few years. Think I will stick to Fifa 16 at the moment and get PES 2017 next summer when the 2018 versions are coming out.

It's was only released a month ago.
I agree though I play the previous years for longer than a year. With modes like career and FUT you don't really need updated rosters.

If anyone is thinking of switching from FIFA, do it, PES is way better than FIFA 16 & 17

Is this as good as Fifa 17. I've just bought my son an X Box and he loves Fifa on his friends PS4. Will buy this too if it's any good. Thanks for the advice.

Tbh for a kid I'd stick with FIFA.
PES is the better game, more refined, but then I'm 38 and a grown up...
