Guys, I've contacted Zavvi, they've confirmed its a Last of Us as the 3rd game and not Ratchet & Clank, they've amended the advert so there's no confusion, therefore £10 cheaper than an already decent deal, heat added!

They confirmed with me that it's a mistake on the site and you definitely get the last of us and not ratchet and clank
