it looks like its cob led .the angle of the light it so narrow. to get good bulbs u need to have about 5 leds in the bulb
i have bouth and cob led it just so narrow. trust me
it could do for the down lights some where above the picture on ur wall
i have 60 down lights in my hose .trust me

I bought these last week for same price. They look quality, not like the ones you see in the £shops. They appear brighter than the 50w halogens they replaced, and not sure about directional as the kitchen is flooded with light it's hard to tell.
These are dimmable, where as the ones for £5.94 are not. If that is something you need.

I needed 3 for the landing so went for the non-dimmable version. The plus point is that they draw slightly less power than the dimmable version but give the same light output.

Heat added. Bought 12 from Screwfix and look good when on as well. Better value than buying the Slyvania LEDs with the Halogen Glass look at £8.00 each from Screwfix.
