I cannot believe how many people cannot read the post - use BLACK30 you wally brains!!!!!
Their website keeps crashing. probably due to high traffic, be persistent and eventually you will get your order to go through, it took me 45 minutes but I saved £30 on two Gucci giftsets

Managed to get payment made via PayPal. Tried to pay via card but it crashed on a processing page for about 20 mins.
I have a confirmation email from Paypal but nothing from Rowlands - has anyone who has managed to buy anything had a confirmation email from Rowlands?

Other way around for me. PayPal crashed on me but paid on card via SagePay which crashed as well. My payPal wasn't charged but I just checked my card online and they ended up charging me even though I have no order confirmation from Rowlands either.
I'd check to make sure your card wasn't charged even though you paid via PayPal as you may have been charged twice.

I've not long ago ordered one gift set, and received the confirmation email from Rowlands, but it was after a few hours of intermittently going back online due to numerous site crashes and error messages coming up (mainly crashes happened before I put my card details in). Eventually each time I clicked to get to next stage of ordering it was very slow for the page to load, but it didn't crash. Hope you manage to get through. I wonder if you were to leave a message on their Retail Service number 01928755024 -answerphone today - saying how difficult it is to order online, as site crashing, if they can assist you tomorrow, and if they'll honour the offer of BLACK30. I was going to do this, but now I've got through I will leave a follow up message that I managed to order online in the end. Good luck.

Thank you ZamZam! Been trying since 10am this morning: got to filling in my address then site crashed several times. Anyway tried again 5 minutes ago and although it was slow to get onto each page in the checkout process I've successfully ordered and I've now received an email confirmation of the order. At £34.99 this is definately the best deal on this gift set anywhere online....I've been surfing the net over the last few days looking for best deal on the 50ml gift set and couldn't find a price I considered a bargain...FANTASTIC!!!!:smile: HOT DEAL :smile:
