Cheapest it's been for a long while. Absolute bargain for one of the best British Sitcoms.
Starring David Jason and Nicholas Lyndhurst, the first ever episode of Only Fools and Horses was broadcast 30 years ago in September 1981. The story of market trader Derek Trotter and his brother Rodney (along with their family and friends – Uncle Albert, Boycie, Trigger et al) would continue through seven series and numerous special episodes. It left us with memorable moments of TV history, additions to the English language – and a series celebrated as Britain’s greatest ever comedy.
Features all the episodes and Christmas specials on 26 discs.

Your best reading link above, where small cuts where made as they felt they may offend people, however the bigger cuts where due to music rights

Put down the Daily Mail for a second because it's purely the music rights on video releases that are the problem. They can show them on TV as those rights were agreed when they were made but they'd have to make who new contracts for DVD releases and pay a lot of money for the music. There's no "political correctness" conspiracy.
I remember reading a very indepth review , from some site a while ago about the different boxsets , it went on to say that the cuts are so bad, that Some of the story lines just make no sense and that continuity in the episodes ruined because of the cuts.

So why are they still unedited when shown on TV?

No unfortunately political correctness took a hold , you would need to purchase from across the pond @amazon.com to get the proper ones.
