Yes the 635 is a supported model for Windows 10 Mobile, but only the 1 GB RAM version. It should say on the back of the box if it has 1 GB. EE sold the 1 GB models, and that's where I got mine from.

It would be easy to slate this phone for its inability to upgrade to Windows 10, and therefore lack of support. The app problem is also going to be a sticking point.
However, it's cheaper than most feature phones, and it works ok for browsing the web, syncing contacts, etc. so hot from me!
