You don't actually download a coupon from NCG : their site emails a link to you which you then follow to install the Valassis coupon printer that then generates the personalised coupon on your printer.
Before you print, make sure that the printer you are using is set as default on your pc otherwise you will get a warning message
The Valassis software uninstalls itself after a few days
TWO vouchers per e-mail address
This is a new promotion - so you can download two new vouchers per e-mail address even if you have done so before
Voucher is valid for 1 month FROM DATE OF PRINTING so watch out for Covent Garden Soup offers from other stores

Good spot.
However, I'm having a nightmare trying to install & use Valassis secure print.
I'm running a standard Windows 10 machine with only Windows Defender for internet security. Using Microsoft Edge and IE, have switched firewall off but still get message "You may be running a program that interferes with our security."
Any help appreciated!
Please exit these programs before attempting to print.

Allows two vouchers but both have same bar code? So looks like only one per email address

All of the vouchers have the same bar code - just like the Lidl £5 off a £40 spend ones
TWO vouchers should work ok (I've used several in Morrisons on previous CGS promotions) it's the download that's limited to two per e-mail address
I've always split mine up into 2 vouchers per check out trolley and never had a problem (They are valid for 4 weeks)
If your printer is not set as default on your pc you will get the same message
You've possibly printed to file or pdf recently and, as the Valassis software doesn't give an option for you to select the printer you just need to set your printer as default

Just used 4 at Tesco. 2 vouchers each from 2 different email addresses. Used first 2 vouchers from same email address no problem. Started a new transaction to use the other 2 and it came up with maximum number of coupons used. Checkout assistant overrode the error message as there was a big queue and couldn't be bothered to deal with it.

Like previous post my system advised not to install the software to print the coupon as it was possibly carrying virus - not worth a quid to possibly get a virus.

All the vouchers don't have the same bar code. If you print 2 from the same email address they are the same but then any further ones from different email addresses are different bar codes.

They all have the same bar code 9 916251 401002
The code you refer to is the Valassis reference code for the coupon so that you only receive two per e-mail address

Thanks for clarifying. Not sure why it would come up with an error saying maximum number of coupons used for 2 separate transactions only using 2 coupons each.

When does the voucher run out, anyone know? Doesn't seem to say on the coupon.
Actually, I'll answer myself "Voucher is valid for 1 month FROM DATE OF PRINTING so watch out for Covent Garden Soup offers from other stores" (my bleary eyes can't read the small print very well) - thanks.
