Be careful with this deal offer. Previous years they offered £75 worth of free credit and not 3 x £25 off an order. You have to buy 200 capsules to get free delivery or pay £3.95 each time. This works out at nearly £60 for an average of 200 caps. They also only allow orders of 50 each time so you buy 50 or 100 etc, etc. To max the offer buy 200 caps, free delivery but you will need to pay between £35 - £40 in cash. Free next day delivery offer on but expires Nov 13th, don't think you will get your machine by that date.

I had the same espresso machine but a different grinder. I'm not going to write out the entire process but you oversimplified it. If it works for you that's great. You get to enjoy a better coffee. Some of us like less hassle / don't have time / space / luxury of being that noisy in the morning / etc.

Why, it's still Going?
The £75 in total credit (3 x £25) is only applicable to use on your first three orders and reading the T&C's you have to send in a copy of your original purchase receipt and the serial numbers from the machine and the aeroccino for them to give you the credit. Seems a lot to ask to get something as part of a deal offer!

Saw on the nespresso site that the £75 credit is for new espresso machines only...? Does this mean it can't be used on pods?

You get £75 credit when you buy a new machine with milk frothing. Credit can be used to buy anything from Nespresso (but most people use for pods!)

Yes pricing is the same plus you can sample the pods first before buying. Box of 10 pods is minimum you can buy.

I have been holding out fotr a while for the Citiz version with the stand by nearly really drops below £170. And for a stand an extra £60 - it just doesn't seem worth it any more ...
They have it in black with Currys for £86 and £75 vouchers. I'm from Leeds so the new John Lewis Complex has a Nespresso store near by. Can I buy this from Currys and walk down there and use my vouchers? Or do I need to register online and what not?
Thanks

After you have bought the machine, you need to first join the nespresso club online or over the phone and they will authorise your credit once you have qualified your machine for the promotion by filling in a form with the serial numbers.
Once setup you can visit the store with your membership number.
I don't think you can instantly get the 3 x £25 credit.

Ah - missed that - I came to your comment reading through the thread and replied; what you say is exactly what I do with the one I have on my desk at work - but seems the "best of both" milk we use at home sticks... even the spinner gets stuff stuck on it.

I answered another members question on the dishwasher suitabiliyt, I have a V3 myself, I just swill it with cold water (no soap) every time I use it and about once a week swill it but use a brush at the same time. Its non stick so as long as you don't let the milk dry it just washes off.

haha - in response to your comment comparing the automated washing capabilities of the various models of this device, I was pointing out for those that might think it's some major chore that in fact it's a 1min job to clean, so I wouldn't let that dissuade the potential purchaser

froth milk, immediately pour into your drink, rinse, dribble a bit of washing up liquid in and some water, run (as in the same way you heat/froth milk) and rinse. cleans up nicely in no time (1 min max if you exclude the time it's running when you're drinking the coffee you just made!).

I have a Gaggia Classic I picked up second hand reconditioned for less than one of these and an Iberital MC2 grinder that I just pop the portafilter under, it fills up with the correct amount of fresh ground coffee, and then I tamp it, put it in the machine, and boom an espresso is done. What kind of process did you have going to make it a hassle?

Not many nespresso stores around, lucky if you have one nearby as free C&C. Otherwise, So you use £15+ of your first credit and pay £3.95 postage. So left with just over £5.00. Then you have £30 credit but still need to pay nearly £60 for free delivery? By the time youve made three deliveries you have spent nearly £12 on delivery charges. Wait for a black Friday deal which last year had a full £75 credit for pods instead of 3 x £25 credits.

No need to correct for this deal as an Aeroccino3 milk frother is included. The reason for the words up to in the promotion is to cover the models without the frother where a credit of £45 applies.
However, please note that the credit is applied as 3 lots of £25 against the first 3 orders.
