Hi. I order from them all the time. They are the clearance side of Express Gifts. (Studio/Ace/Webb Ivory/Kleeneze). I have never had anything that was not good quality and well packed. I guess the website looks ancient as it's their bargain basement site so it's as basic as they can get away with without costing them too much. I only ever post a deal if I bought it myself and can be sure it IS a deal.
