No marks on the mouse at all, 2 batteries sealed in cellophane as well.

I'll drop them a line, are the black shiny feet on the underside of yours completely mark free?

Received mine, box had a seal but on inspection the mouse is covered in scratches on the underside. Unless mine is a one off I'm guessing it's all returned/refurbished stock and not brand new.

If they are not new they have been misadvertised and mine will be going back.

Mine arrived today sealed box, Brand New as it should be.
If yours is not new contact Groupon and tell them you have a used mouse and expect a replacement.

Groupon stuffs are cheaper on ebay. Most of the items i bought from Groupon I have found cheaper on ebay. My advice is to check other places first.

Care to share a link as the cheapest prices currently from a reputable seller are approximately £44.
Mine is ordered from here as it is the cheapest I could find and I looked hard

Hi, can you change the title please to reflect the correct mouse as the one you have noted in the title is another model. This is the Microsoft Arc Touch Wireless Mouse

I have one of these mice, it is nice to use and convenient to carry. The fake scroll wheel takes a little getting used to but I like it. Makes a great clicky scroll noise.
It does go a bit funny probably at least once a day and I have to flex it off and on again to fix it.

Didn't Groupon get named and shamed on crimewatch for selling fakes?
To be honest I am using another MS mouse with the Touch Strip instead of a scroll wheel and really really like it.
Just the flat bit to get used to

did not know about this, fake earrings apparently, cannot see the would sell fake Microsoft items as Microsoft would abslutely hammer them.
I agree a lot of their items have skimpy descriptions I always try and cross check things before I buy from them.
