I had one as a courtesy car for a couple of weeks, it was rather thirsty and felt a bit slow. Diesel would be faster and more economical or if you want petrol -> e400

It is a nice vehicle, however if you increase the mileage to 10.000, total two year comes to about £8000 for personal or £6700 for Business. For £8000 for a two year period there are a lot of nice leasing deals out there.
For a large heavy car like an E class I would prefer more than a 2 litre engine with 184 horsepower, as well as four doors. If you just want to cruise around comfortably and do not transport that many individuals its a good deal.
However if you enjoy putting your foot down every now and again this is not for you...

Great deal on a very nice car. I have a 2012 e350 diesel coupe on 35k miles. Reliability has been outstanding, very comfy on long motorway drives. The new petrol models look great as they're becoming so efficient whilst maintaining good levels of performance.

Only if you get vehicle replacement GAP. RTI (Return To Invoice) GAP will just settle the finance and more than likely there'll be no financial penalty aside from your vehicle insurance premium increases.

That's not the point, with large up front payments if it gets nicked or totalled in the first couple of months you'll be massively out of pocket, even if you Gap insurance sees the finance company right. Better to go for 3+23 if there's minimal amortised difference.

You sure GAP insurance covers the deposit... I am not.

I've got effectively the same car (trim etc) in the C Class, C250. All I would say is test drive it before committing. The interior is nice but the handling is appalling. The benefit of mine is being the 250 it fast in a straight line - you havent got this benefit on this car!

Good deal but I wouldnt go with a rear wheel drive AMG trim again.

E220 is 170bhp diesel the E200 is 181bhp petrol??
