I've escalated the problem with PayPal, I think three months and the best you can do is offer half the money back is a joke. PayPal told me they will block companies like yours if you don't follow the law.

It's been exactly 10 weeks since I placed the order, it's quite hilarious that it was meant as a Christmas present. I'm also kind of annoyed that the company is on a holiday for the year of the rooster so nothing will be done till at least Feb 2nd. I had this feeling that the site felt dodgy when I placed my order, I should of listened to my gut.

To be fair to the company in my case & at least one other the items have gone missing in the UK. Perhaps some one at customs & excise took a shine to them & pinched them or perhaps the influx of similar boxes caused suspicion & they have been delayed/destroyed.

I don't see anyway to use the S-points, when I go to my account and click "how to use s-points" it just tells me about what items can't be used with them. EDIT: Nevermind you can add your points after paying, bit of a strange time to add reward points.
