Cold! that calendar is worth about £15 max!!

I know this might still be a good deal, but there's no way that calendar set can be anywhere near worth £250. There's no way they'd slash it that far; the markup must be ridiculous

The shop, the box was right next to the clear sticker which held the plastic lid on, no worries as there were only a few things I really wanted.

Did someone at home pinch it or was it done in the shop?? :confused:

I'm saving mine and I've told DH he can fill it next year with lots of lovely surprises for me, chocolate, diamonds and so on :wink:, saying that I'll get what I got in yesterday's box - nothing, it was empty, someone must have pinched it, glad it wasn't one of the items I really wanted.

No problem whatsoever with returning the stuff you ordered to get this at £35! No questions asked either. :smiley:

People are selling the EMPTY Calendar on eBay for £10-£15! Can you believe that?? :confused:

Had my Delivery - complete with the Calendar. I ordered £19 worth of goods online (£38 before 50% discount). Very happy with it. :smiley:

I tried this and was told it was store policy to not put the advent calendar through unless someone had spent £35. 2 managers were brought into the conversation so had to just leave it at that.

Shame as I was getting an amazing deal if gross price was being used.

Was told it would be delivered yesterday so worked from home, nope, 5 of 6 items delivered. Called to ask why, they said low availability has caused delivery issues. Ok, fine, so when will it be delivered? Tomorrow they said for definite, so I've taken the day off.

They're already appearing on eBay for £99 plus. Anyone that buys one is an idiot - there's no way I'd give my money to the vultures on there for that - I neither need nor want it that much!

I too received a partial dispatch notice that did not include the calendar. On speaking with MandS they have said that they are OOS and cant say whether it will be sent or not as they don't know if they will come back in stock. I ordered mine at 8am on Thursday - the first day the offer was available.

Staff have confirmed that once you have purchased the calendar it is yours to keep. You may return the qualifying item or items just as you normally would if you decided to return them.

Lol yes- we were all talking about this on the calendar deal thread first thing this morning... maybe you saw it? :man: Its not a glitch- same thing happened last year (but it was £25 for the calendar and £25 spend so it was even cheaper), they are fully aware of it. The cosmetic bag offer did not work with the combined calendar deal apparently which was very annoying- I tried at 8am and then the m and s staff online said it was because it couldn't be combined after I complained argh. They went out of stock anyway by like 9/10am but I can't resist checking every now and then incase they come back in- they're so cute!

I got 3 calendars this morning for friends- couldn't resist such a good price :smile:. And they have loads of stock this year which is great so I hope everyone manages to get one ok <3
