the selenium is a heavy metal it's poisonous in larger doses (but still wouldn't let any of this shampoo into my mouth or eyes) lol but it does a great job with my scalp getting rid of the dandruff and calming my scalp down, i suffer with dry skin because of all pills i take due to various problems

this intensive one makes my hair / scalp smell strange from the selenium. hot for price but can't deal with the shampoo

Start washing your hair with bicarbonate soda, and not harsh chemicals, and you dandruff/itchy scalp will go.

Tried both side by side. Look the same. Feel the same smell the same. I'm sure the ingredients were almost the same.

Buy Garnier Fructis Anti Dandruff Shampoo. Only one quid in all Pound shops. Does not cause dryness like this shampoo

I usually buy the light-purple(?) Palmolive anti-dandruff one from the 99p shop, which are probably for women? So good to have an offer for the proper men's one!

Get the Aldi one for cheaper. Exactly the same stuff. Slightly different bottle. Either way good deal.
