Limbo is a 2D sidescroller, incorporating the physics system Box2D to govern environmental objects and the player character. The player guides an unnamed boy through dangerous environments and traps as he searches for his sister. The developer built the game's puzzles expecting the player to fail before finding the correct solution. Playdead called the style of play "trial and death", and used gruesome imagery for the boy's deaths to steer the player from unworkable solutions.
Uncertain of his sister's fate, a boy enters LIMBO.

Very cool! Really enjoyed it myself. Um I tried to PM to ask something but I apparently "haven't been an active enough member of the community" yet - poop. i love this game, this will be the 4th time I've bought it, x360, steam, ios and now android. Holding on for Friday to see if their latest game 'inside' is discounted on ps4. Can't wait! nice find OP

I have it on Vita. A wonderful atmospheric game. It's everything that's great about Indie games in one concise package. Striking art-style, beautiful animation and innovative level design. It just feels original.

very good game, some extremely hard puzzles but not impossible, you keep at it because when you work out how to do something you realise it was 'obvious', though the last couple are exceptionally difficult.

bought the sequel to this today "INSIDE" on my Xbox One, great so far! Proper scary but also challenging to solve the puzzles, reminds me of tomb raider back in the day because of the combo of horror and puzzle solving to get to the next part of the level
