Bought from eBuyer - excellent printer, great copies and very quick. Didn't buy this for the fax facility but might be useful. Had a small issue connecting to server - rang Lexmark who were very helpful. Ordered Friday - delivery today - fantastic service. Have always had great service from eBuyer - bought many items from them.

Bought a Dell laser from Ebuyer about six weeks ago as a present for my daughter at Uni. When I installed it (first use), on powering on, it tripped the electrics. It even did it when I isolated all other electrical appliances. Requested an RMA to return as faulty - took 3 weeks, several emails and phone calls to get it - their excuse - they had to wait for Dell to authorise the return. Having returned it - they said they could not find the fault and said I had to pay £10 collection fee to get my refund - it only cost £40. Talk about shooting themselves in the foot.
I work in IT and have never had a problem before in installing stuff over 20 years. I will never buy from Ebuyer again. Their prices are good but their customer service is truly appalling.

Those complaining about Ebuyer service, remember that you have a manufacturers warranty so can go directly to Lexmark or whom ever the brand printer is from. My personal experience from ebuyer has been excellent from purchase through to returns.
This particular deal for the Lexmark MX410DE is the cheapest I have seen for a quality printer. I would say the price itself is a good enough reason to purchase from them.

The printer does work with Windows 10. When adding printer you may need to click on "My printer is older" and it should pick it up and install the drivers.

Sadly not for me as I'd need colour.
Replacment cartridge appears to be a little over £40 so not too pricey.
