Amazon won't price match , as they are not selling the item .
I've never seen anything like that before. Suppose it's good for people who can't afford to pay any more than that

The lego patents expired years, so there are loads of "building block" type clones these days. The supermarket and wilko ones are perfectly legal as their models are original, there are however morally dubious ones from China that are knockoffs of lego models. These seemed to take off when Lego retired models and they came to be worth big money, especially the Starwars stuff.

Yes agreed - didn't realise there was others on the market! And I would presume a lot of others feel the same. This has been a good discussion as people may also buy these cheaper alternatives. Learn something new every day !

Go feel the stuff in Wilco, try pushing it together pulling it apart. It's just not lego. Won't be buying it for my kids.

The "Blox" stuff - yeah its total crap. My son got some for Xmas last year off his nan and he struggled to put it together. Plays for hours by himself with lego (if I can resist not joining in) but the Blox stuff he was whining every 2 mis for help. Avoid!
Opening post
1500 pieces
Was looking at Lego for my son and came across this.
Nearly bought the medium box yesterday from toys r us which is around £35 so think this is a good deal
