Went back for a second bite, can't resist Lego deals. First order for the Camper van / free snow-globe, second time round ordered two Ferris wheels, one to display and one for the collection. Surprised to see another Snow globe added to the order, I thought it was one per household, so not sure if the second will come.

Time to put the credit cards down, 3rd time lucky order, must resist

Is that fact though, or just speculation and assumption? A lot of people say sets are being retired soon, and 2 years later they are still around. Lego rarely confirm sets are to be retired, if even ever. And according to some on here lately, there are going to be no retired sets, and all sets will be available at a 10-20% above RRP price after 2-3 years if ordered via Lego direct. This is apparently to counter the third party, ebay type sellers. No idea if that's true either.

Called Lego as I ordered before today so my order didn't have the free snowglobe.

At first she was order again and return it etc. but eventually she said she will send one out.

Bought the Camper Van and the Kwik-E-Mart. Have the mini and the beetle and was going to buy the camper van anyways and ive been thinking about the simpsons set for a while.

might be cheaper but snowglobe is worth between £20-£30 and you don't get that from Smyths or the lego VIP points for every £100 spend is £5 voucher

Nothing overly exciting here on the 20% off. The Kwik-E-Mart and Batcave are decent discounts but your paying a lot for those sets of course. Camper Van is okay, but a bit specialist interest really. I am thinking Santa's North Pole or whatever its called and the very over rated Christmas Holiday train which are not even discounted in the 20% are possibly worth getting at moment for a snowglobe.

I take it that the modulars are unlikely to be included? Can live in hope :smiley:

Try their live chat service - I did something similar not long ago (Ordered a day before the free London bus promo started) and they sent it to my at no extra cost!

The Ferris Wheel is a lovely set, especially at £119.99. Bought it for £134.99 recently as it's rarely discounted and I would be gutted if it wasn't for the fact that retailer refunded me in full for some random reason ! :stuck_out_tongue:

It might be worth waiting till tomorrow before you buy as there should be a new giveaway then (The Christmas snowglobe)
