Have been posted a few times @£9.99 but now Screwfix have reduced their 5 packs of LED Bulbs by another couple of quid to £7.99 - collect at your local store.
These LED Bulbs are the equivalent of 60W - certainly the ones I had previously I didn't have any issue with the lack of brightness.
Decent deal. Was posted 1m 1w ago - Link. I've 'heated' btw  .

Been this price for quite a wee while now. Bought some last week. Just saying, but hopefully it will be news to someone.

I'd say these are pushing out the equivalent of 85 watts at least. No trouble at all with brightness.

Just changed my whole house with these as well as candles, globes, bayonet and screws. Cost me £60, best money ever spent. Heat added!

For anyone interested, average 60W bulb costs £15 a year to run, one of these is just of £2 (based on 4.5hrs per day), so you soon make your money back. (source)

That's based on electric at around 15.5 p per kwh, which is quite high. It can be worth going for filament led bulbs now as the equivalent of this lumens will use only 7w. LED fliament bulbs give a much nicer spread of light ie nearly 360 degree output like an old style incandescent. These LEDs I find create a shadow on the ceiling as well. But these are ok, got a few similar ones, are they 2700k light? I find the 3000k ones can make skin tones a little grey.

Do you know of anywhere that sells cheap LED filament bulbs at a price similar to Screwfix?
